The Chinese company Xiaomi has introduced a new power supply Power Bank 10000mAh Pocket Edition Pro, at least in its domestic market.
This is a fairly compact medium-capacity model, but it has one trick. In particular, the USB cable is already installed and cannot be disconnected. This is convenient because it cannot be lost.
At the same time, a fixed cable only makes sense because almost all new mobile electronic products are now also equipped with a USB type C port.
The charging cable built into the Xiaomi Power Bank Pocket Edition can be used to both charge and discharge the battery. According to the manufacturer, the connected devices can be charged with up to 22.5 watts and are therefore particularly fast.
It is also possible to charge older devices that still have a microUSB cable connector, or, for example, smartwatches that require a special charging connector – USB type A and USB type C ports are available for this purpose.
The battery displays the charge status. There is no display for this, but four LEDs can be found above the USB ports. the capacity of the power bank is 10000 mAh (or 37 Wh).
In China, the 105.2 x 26.9 x 65.2mm model will be offered at a price equivalent to $18. Information about the global release and appearance on the Russian market is not yet available.
